Property Development

We offer an interior design service to property developers in London and within the UK. We have also consulted for private developers buying commercial property with a view to converting into private residences. Previous work includes Academy Gardens W8, Grade I listed 15 St. James Square, Markham Street, Pembridge Place, Rutland Court SW7 and the conservation area of Sefton Park, Liverpool.

 

Full Design Service

Concept:

We offer an initial one hour consultation free of charge, usually on site, to assess the period and style of the building and the client's interior requirements. This is one of the most exciting parts of the process and it is our ability to accurately interpret the client's ideas that has created our successful business today. We then present our concepts and schemes within an estimated budget using the following media: Architectural drawings, sketches, sample boards, paint specifications, and portfolios for lighting, audio systems, finishes and furniture.

Design:

Once the concepts have been agreed, we provide a final budget to be signed off, to initiate the ordering process. We provide full specifications to each team of craftsmen to ensure an accurate finish. We then execute the orders and oversee the financial aspect of this process. We manage the installation process calmly and project manage the building work if agreed. 

Finally, we love helping out with the finishing touches, including sourcing art works and complementary accessories.

Previous work includes Stanley Gardens W11, Dawson Place W2, Portland Road W11, Loudoun Road NW8, Chelsea Embankment SW3, Lowndes Square SW1; as well as international properties in Switzerland, France and Italy.
