Parrish Adams Interior Design is a London-based atelier delivering luxury turnkey renovations, applying 20 years of experience to provide a bespoke finish - from timeless classical design to an elegant contemporary approach.
Over the last two years, Parrish Adams has renovated a Georgian manor house and its coach house in the English countryside, designed a ski chalet for Six Senses Courchevel, decorated a luxury residence in St. James’ Park with chinoiserie wallpapers and contemporary art, and recently completed a mezzanine apartment in the Philimore Estate, Kensington to create a mid-century design with a brutalist feel. Parrish Adams works sympathetically with the architecture, restoring period features such as panelling and adding drama through statement furniture and fantastic colour.
The inspiration behind the company is ‘expression through design’. This phrase epitomises interiors both for client and designer. The team can bring its expertise and passion for a broad history of styles and the client is able to express their vision through interpretation and collaboration. Interior design is a creative medium to express personality, and Parrish Adams' ethos is to provide style on time and within budget. An important feature of the company is its background in finance, business and property, which has assisted in the process of gaining commercial awareness. Parrish Adams are experts at sourcing beautiful furniture on a budget to best satisfy its clientele.
"Our style can be described as being quite dynamic since we try to adapt each project to the tastes and preferences of our clients. However, our designs tend to merge striking and elegant furniture with incredible lighting and beautiful colours. A mixture of European design styles is recognisable in most of our work. It is partly due to the diversity in our experiences that we are able to offer unique interiors for all our clients, including those presenting more classical tastes."
Our company offers a Full Design Service, for which we offer an initial consultation to assess the site and the requirements of our clients. This is followed by a presentation of our concepts and schemes within an estimated budget. We present our interpretation of our clients’ ideas through architectural designs, sketches and a complete FF&E portfolio. Once a budget and plan are agreed upon, we begin the ordering process. We then take full responsibility in managing the installation and building processes of the project, while also overseeing the financial aspect of it.
An example of a recent project- moved away from classic chic to combine traditional mouldings, with an oversized herringbone floor, Pierre Jeanneret and Gubi chairs set against a chandelier designed to simulate a flock of birds using glass tubes.
